4 suspects caught in connection with the armed attack against Fethiye Mayor Karaca are in the courthouse

MUĞLA (AA) – 4 suspects who were detained regarding the armed attack against Fethiye Mayor Alim Karaca in Muğla were sent to the courthouse.

The procedures at the police station for the 4 suspects who were detained within the scope of the investigation launched into the armed attack against Karaca in front of his house in Akarca District have been completed.

The suspects were referred to Fethiye Courthouse under intense security measures.

Fethiye Mayor Alim Karaca was injured in his foot by an armed attack by a masked suspect who was exploring around his house on May 23, and was treated in hospital.

The suspect who carried out the attack and the 3 suspects who acted with him and helped him escape were detained by Muğla Provincial Police Department Intelligence and Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch teams.
