Bitly’s bitly.com domain name, Cuttly’s cutt.ly domain name and T2M’s t2m.io domain name were blocked from access by the Istanbul 7th Criminal Court of Peace on the grounds of illegal betting, with the decisions dated May 5, 2026. The decision files for link shortening services have been announced. The bitly.com domain name was included on the Bitly side in the decision list.

The access block for Bitly was recorded under decision no. 2026/4089.
