Koç Bilgi ve Savunma Teknolojileri AŞ (KoçSavunma) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Timestamp, a Portugal-based multinational technology company operating in the field of technology solutions and system integration. According to the statement made by KoçSavunma, the agreement made at the SAHA 2026 International Defense, Aerospace Industry Fair was signed by KoçSavunma General Manager Mehmet Hakan Öktem, and on behalf of Timestamp, Security, Defense and Intelligence Vice President Nuno Dias.
Within the scope of the agreement, the two companies will cooperate to develop joint solutions in the fields of underwater acoustics, defense and security technologies in the European Union (EU) market, especially in Portugal. In this regard, the artificial intelligence-supported FusionData4Defense solution developed by Timestamp’s Defense, Security and Intelligence (SDI) unit will be integrated into KoçSavunma’s existing platform and data infrastructures.
The solution, which works without changing the existing architecture, will increase operational awareness and decision support capabilities by combining data obtained from platforms with different intelligence sources such as “OSINT”, “SIGINT”, commercial satellite images, RF emission analyzes and allied force data streams. The solutions to be developed within the scope of cooperation will offer advanced capabilities such as multi-layered intelligence fusion, artificial intelligence-supported threat prediction, real-time data analysis and seamless integration into existing platforms.
In this way, it is aimed to increase the operational effectiveness of existing defense platforms and to respond more quickly to new generation security needs. Source: AA
