Combining the iconic models that stand out in its heritage over the years with the trends of the day, Honda is preparing to launch the CL250, inspired by the original CL models of the 60s and 70s, on the roads of Turkey as the first motorcycle model in the Naked segment Scrambler category within the product range of Honda Motorcycle Turkey.

Appealing to young and design-oriented users with its retro-modern style and rich customization features, CL250 adapts to the lifestyle of the users in daily use, long routes and light off-road driving.

The new Honda CL250 model, which attracts attention with its design lines, will take its place in Honda dealers on July 8 with a sales price of 188 thousand 500 TL with three color options: orange, gray and white.

While the Honda design team focused on the concepts of simplicity and durability for the new CL250, the Street Scrambler style of the motorcycle stands out. The model, compatible with different driving conditions, offers comfort and an advanced level of ergonomics.

In addition to the round-line fuel tank, the CL250’s signature stainless steel, heat shielded and high-mounted muffler and exhaust outlets contribute to the nostalgic design.

The embossed Honda logo and padded seat and high position grips complete the CL250’s design. The 790 millimeter seat height of the new CL250, which can be personalized with its darkened engine and colors adjusted to the chassis, offers easy access to the ground and ample leg room.

The seat, which can be opened with the ignition key, contains the storage space required for a helmet. The model, which offers driving comfort in off-road conditions thanks to its high-positioned handlebars, also provides users with convenience in night driving with full LED lighting, including four thick inner lens headlights.

The round instrument panel with negative LCD technology provides legible information such as speed, gear position and fuel consumption. For safe driving, the Emergency Brake Signal (ESS) and ABS braking system work integratedly in the new CL250, preventing the motorcycle from slipping in sudden braking situations.

– The new CL250, whose handling has been strengthened with its renewed engine

The new Honda CL250’s 249 cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine is designed for a pleasant and smooth ride. The CL250 features renewed PGM-FI fuel injection, as well as a new intake and exhaust system to improve power production.

Bearing traces from the past to the present, the engine of the new CL250 produces 23.1 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm and 17.8 kW of power at 8,500 rpm. Thus, high traction power is available at all times with high torque in the middle speed and high power production in the upper speed.

High efficiency is achieved thanks to the balanced engine character of the CL250. Honda’s CMX/Rebel/CM power unit, which has proven its power in different motorcycle models, was specially developed to ensure that the new CL250 offers a safe and comfortable ride.

While the six-speed transmission provides ease of use in the city with smooth gear shifts, the slipper clutch helps rear wheel control by relieving the usage load.

In addition to the engine features of the Honda CL250, its tubular diamond-cut steel frame reinforces the new model’s handling skills, driving comfort and style.

Using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) to optimize the balance of rigidity and weight, the new Scrambler-style CL250 is designed to adapt to all road conditions, from tight city streets to bumpy dirt roads.

The new CL250 has a curb weight of 172 kilograms, with a suspension that absorbs shocks and a chassis developed to offer high-feedback driving characteristics. While front forks and double rear shock absorbers contribute to the suspension, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels offer stable handling and comfortable use in different conditions.
