The model, which is the first commercial laptop developed on Intel’s Project Firefly initiative, has turned into a new option in the thin and light Windows laptop market with its weight of 990 grams, metal body, Core 5 315 processor and claim of up to 16.8 hours of battery life. Lenovo Lecoo Air 14 is powered by the Intel Core 5 315 processor. This processor comes with 6 cores and 6 threads. The device includes 12 GB LPDDR5 memory running at 5600 MHz and 512 GB NVMe SSD. The laptop comes out of the box with Windows 11 installed. On the battery side, a 50 Wh capacity battery is used.
According to the information shared by Lenovo, Lecoo Air 14 can offer up to 16.8 hours of usage time on a single charge. A 65 W USB-C PD charging adapter is also included in the box. In the connection options, there are two fully functional USB-C ports on the left. On the right side, there is a USB-C 5 Gbps port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Project Firefly focuses on component standardization and production practices used in the smartphone supply chain to reduce costs in thin and light Windows laptops.
