13-year-old S.Ö, who wanted to cross the Kavşak Stream near Karapınar village with the tractor he was using, was stranded when the water level rose.
Upon notice, fire brigade and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
Osmancık Municipality fire crews pulled the tractor with a rope and brought it to the shore.
