GİRESUN (AA) – The body of the person who disappeared while fishing in the stream 5 days ago in Yağlıdere district of Giresun was found. AFAD, Gendarmerie Search and Rescue, Coast Guard Command, maritime police and teams of relevant institutions and organizations resumed their search for Sedat Çelik (54) in the morning. The teams found Çelik’s lifeless body in the stream at the Kaşdibi village bridge location in Espiye district.
The body of Çelik, who was brought to shore, was taken to the morgue of Espiye State Hospital. A search was initiated for Sedat Çelik’s 28-year-old nephew, who has the same name, and disappeared while fishing on May 23 in Yağlıdere Creek, which passes through the Kanlıca village of Yağlıdere district. The body of nephew Sedat Çelik, who was found approximately 250 meters away from the point where he disappeared, was buried in the district two days ago.
