EDİRNE (AA) – Another male body was found in the Tunca River in Edirne on the same day. Upon the notice of those who saw a person lying motionless in the water at the Sarayiçi location of the river, police, health and AFAD teams were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the body, which was taken from the water by AFAD teams with the help of a boat and brought to the shore, belonged to Volkan Cevizli, who had not been heard from for 2 days.
After the examination of the public prosecutor, the body was taken to the morgue of Trakya University Medical Faculty Hospital for autopsy. On the other hand, the body found in the same place in the morning was identified by his family as belonging to Halil İbrahim Arslan, who was reported missing 2 days ago. It is estimated that Arslan and Cevizli came to the riverside together.
