Following the “absolute nullity” decision given by the Ankara Regional Court of Justice regarding the CHP on May 21, Özgür Özel’s chairmanship was dismissed, and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu became the Chairman of the CHP again. There was a great reaction from CHP members across the country to Kılıçdaroğlu, who took over the leadership of the party again after an interval of approximately 2.5 years. Kılıçdaroğlu announced in his telephone conversation with Özgür Özel yesterday that he would take the party to the congress as soon as possible.
