MUŞ (AA) – Dessert shops in Muş are working overtime to fulfill the orders placed for Eid al-Adha. Businesses that manufacture desserts and cakes in the city are working to meet the demands of citizens during the holiday. Many desserts such as baklava, Şekerpare, Güllaç, Kadayif and tulumba are prepared in the factories. Dessert masters, who work day and night in shifts, offer a variety of desserts they carefully prepare.

– “We prepare an average of 1500 trays a day.” Business owner Emrah Büdüş said that the order density increased before the holiday. Stating that they increased the number of personnel due to the intensity, Büdüş said: “Our masters working in the manufacturing department have been working in shifts day and night for 3 days. We hired support personnel for sales at the counter. Our orders are busy. Products with a long shelf life are generally preferred.
