BISHKEK (AA) – Türkiye’s Bishkek Embassy residence hosted a concert where Kyrgyz opera singers performed works from world classics. Foreign mission chiefs, diplomats, Embassy employees and many guests attended the program held at the residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Bishkek. Making the opening speech of the program, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Bishkek, Mekin Mustafa Kemal Ökem, expressed his gratitude to the guests who attended the night and everyone who contributed to the organization of the event.
Stating that distinguished artists will present a very special repertoire, Ökem said, “I would like to thank our artists very much. This is our first time trying this at the embassy residence. I hope the acoustics of the hall will be good and we will have an enjoyable concert. he said. The program, in which Kyrgyz opera singers performed works from world classics, was greatly appreciated by the guests. Before the concert, traditional Turkish simit was served to the guests.
