Some gardens were flooded in Nallıhan as a result of the river overflowing after a heavy rain.

ANKARA (AA) – Some gardens and fields were flooded as a result of the overflow of Nallı Stream after a heavy rain in Ankara’s Nallıhan district.

Following the heavy rainfall in the district, Nallı Stream overflowed and some flooded gardens and lands in Akdere District were damaged.

In his statement to the AA correspondent, field owner Süleyman Ünlü stated that everything he planted in his garden, such as tomatoes, peppers, melons and watermelons, was under water and added: “Also, 50 chickens and chicks perished.” he said.
