ADIYAMAN (AA) – Two children drowned when they entered the flood protection pond in Gölbaşı district of Adıyaman. 13-year-old Talal Al-Sinjar and his friend Abdullah Al-Sajer, who came to the pond in Hürriyet District with their families, jumped into the water to cool off. Citizens who saw that the children did not come out of the pond later reported the situation to 112 Emergency Health teams. Gölbaşı Municipality firefighters arrived at the scene and found the bodies of 2 children stuck in the mud at a depth of approximately 4 meters.
