SAKARYA (AA) – 1 suspect was arrested in the operation in which 7 unlicensed guns were seized in Sakarya.
Under the coordination of the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, a study was carried out by the Provincial Police Department KOM Branch Directorate to prevent arms smuggling and trade.
In the operation organized by the teams, S.Ö. (38) caught.
During the searches carried out in two residences belonging to the suspect in Arifiye and Adapazarı districts, 7 unlicensed pistols, a Kalashnikov-looking rifle, 931 cartridges, 20 magazines and 132 cartridges were seized.
The suspect, who was sent to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station, was arrested by the judgeship.
