Father Abdullah Cevdet Yeşil told reporters that he was happy to see the parents of the other children who died in the attack visit. Stating that Eid al-Adha was not a holiday for them this year, Yeşil said, “We did not celebrate it.” None of our families have done this, but we are trying to live in unity and solidarity, thank God. he said. Mustafa Güngör, the father of Kerem Erdem Güngör, who died in the attack, also says “Yes, Eid”.
We say again that it is not a holiday for us. 10 of our children were murdered. There are people seriously injured. I also wish a speedy recovery to the families of those who were seriously injured.
