Speaking at the “Press and Media Meeting Consultation Meeting” held in a restaurant in Sivas, Güler gave information about the investments made in Sivas and stated that their services will continue uninterrupted.
Güler stated that they are closely following the transfer of Sivas Iron and Steel Factory to SDIF. A journalist asked, “Is amnesty on your agenda?” In response to the question, Güler said: “As a lawyer, I am a person who believes that the most important rule in the world should be permanent. Therefore, the way to protect the society, the individual and the family is that when an action is taken against any person, it must be judicially tried and sentenced to the punishment and execution it deserves in terms of the legitimacy of the society and public conscience.” We should not seek amnesty, we should try to treat people with remorse if they have health reasons, create an opinion that they will not commit a crime again with psychological support, and fulfill the conditional release conditions.

Those who are demanding are the delegates of the Republican People’s Party, provincial heads, mayors, among themselves.
The local court gave a rejection decision. Then another decision was made in the appeal. It has nothing to do with us. You may not like the decision of the judiciary, but others may too. For those who don’t like it, there is appeal and the Supreme Court. You can claim your rights in this regard. The decision may not be right for you, you may find it wrong. It doesn’t matter what you say politically. Important decisions were taken and made in Turkey in the past. What is important is common sense; it is more valuable to follow the judicial process in a common sense, without disturbing social peace or causing any negative image, and to take the necessary stance on this issue. Currently, the official decision of the court is that the former administration came to the Republican People’s Party.

When that group meets, you have to do whatever the chairman gives instructions, whatever the chairman wants to be on the agenda, in accordance with his instructions. This is the case in the AK Party statute and the Republican People’s Party statute.
