A holiday celebration program was organized at the AK Party Ankara Provincial Directorate.

ANKARA (AA) – AK Party Provincial Directorate organized a celebration program for Eid al-Adha. AK Party Deputy Chairman Kürşad Zorlu, Ankara Members of Parliament Fuat Oktay, Orhan Yegin, AK Party Provincial Chairman Hakan Han Özcan, members of the organization and citizens attended the program held at the party’s Ankara Provincial Directorate. After the protocol speeches, a celebration ceremony was held. – “Holidays are the most important basis for unity and solidarity” AK Party Deputy Chairman Zorlu, in his statement to the AA correspondent, stated that the beloved Turkish nation wholeheartedly congratulates the holidays of the people of Ankara.

“Holidays are the most important ground of unity and solidarity and are a very important platform that keeps us together and reinforces our will to live together. Eid al-Adha also has a very distinctive aspect such as submission and sacrifice. As the Turkish nation, we are the nation where sacrifice, sacrificing one’s life for the homeland, and the spirit of struggle are best kept alive in the world.” Zorlu said that under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the process of Turkey becoming a safe haven against the ring of fire around it has been built.

Noting that this unity and solidarity has gained a much different meaning with the feeling of struggle for the homeland, Zorlu said: “We hope that in the coming period, we will crown this beautiful process by strengthening our internal front, consolidating our unity and solidarity, and embracing every member of the Turkish nation, regardless of origin or sect. I believe that we will all demonstrate this determined will to make Turkey a leading country.” – “We congratulate the holiday of the entire Islamic world and our entire nation.” AK Party Provincial Chairman Özcan stated that Ankara Provincial Directorate organized the traditional holiday program and in this context, they came together with all organizations, municipalities, council members, youth boards, women’s boards and deputies in 25 districts.

Stating that they are waiting for the citizens who have fulfilled their pilgrimage to return home and wish that all their prayers will be accepted, Özcan said: “We celebrate the holidays together where children do not die, mothers and fathers do not cry and are not left helpless. We were together with our citizens before the holiday. Currently, our AK Party organizations and People’s Alliance organizations are already working in the field.

Unfortunately, we could not see other political parties during Ramadan or this holiday. We congratulate the holiday of the entire Islamic world and our entire nation. May God accept the sacrifices we have made.”
