ANKARA (AA) – Photos of CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and CHP TBMM Group Chairman Özgür Özel were hung again at the CHP Headquarters. In the process following the decision made by the 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice in the case filed regarding the cancellation of the CHP 38th Ordinary Congress held on 4-5 November 2023, the photographs of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and Özgür Özel, which were in the section where the photographs of the previous chairmen were located in the headquarters, were taken down.
After the evacuation of the CHP Headquarters yesterday in accordance with the court decision, some damaged areas in the building were renewed and cleaning works were carried out. In this context, the photographs of Kılıçdaroğlu as well as Özgür Özel have been re-hanged by the officials as of today. Kılıçdaroğlu’s photograph was included as both the former chairman and the last chairman. In addition, a name plate was attached to the door of Kılıçdaroğlu’s office at the headquarters.
On the other hand, it was announced that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu would celebrate with party members and citizens at the headquarters on Eid al-Adha.
